Sanford Concrete Pros offers a Lead Buyback Program, allowing contractors to report spam or unqualified leads. We will review these requests and, if approved, issue a credit for the lead’s value. Lead disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

4. Payments and Fees

Contractors purchasing leads agree to the pricing and payment terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Payments are non-refundable unless a lead is approved for credit under our Lead Buyback Program.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee conversions, job bookings, or specific business outcomes. Contractors and users acknowledge that results may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sanford Concrete Pros is not responsible for:

The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any services provided by contractors.

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
